What is the capacity of the meeting and conference rooms?
Our meeting and conference rooms vary in size from 15 to 45 m² and offer space for 2 to 42 people, depending on the room configuration.
If I have already rented a conference room, can I still book individual conference equipment?
Yes, we offer a variety of conference technology such as flat screens, projectors, Bose video bar, flipcharts, pin boards, whiteboards and presenter's cases, which you can add to your booking individually.
What types of seating are available in the conference rooms?
In our largest room, the "Alexanderplatz"You can choose between different seating arrangements, including block seating for up to 20 people, square seating for up to 22 people, U-shaped seating for up to 19 people, parliamentary seating for up to 16 people and theater seating for up to 42 people.
Does Octavus also offer catering?
Yes, we organize catering for your conference with a lead time of 5 days. Our selection ranges from finger food, bowls and hot dishes to various cakes and hot meals. You can make your selection according to your wishes - just contact us.
Can I rent the room at short notice?
Depending on availability, we respond professionally and at short notice to your room bookings.
How long can I rent a meeting room for?
The room can be booked by the hour or for the whole day - even outside our opening hours. Contact us and we will find the best solution for your event!
